You'll walk away with everything you'd expect from a brand strategy engagement — but built from the inside out.
In terms of tangible deliverables, that includes:
Your brand positioning statement, messaging framework and hierarchy, your brand personality archetype, brand story, brand values, and guidance on your look and feel direction. We'll also work through your authentic point of difference and magic powers, and ensure you have a clear direction and set of guardrails for your brand to support you as you evolve.
I won't design your logo, build your templates, or write your content for you — but I'll give you the direction, structure, and clarity to brief someone else confidently, or do it yourself and ensure everything stays 'on-brand'. I can also review things like your elevator pitch to make sure everything stays aligned.
Depending on the package you choose, you'll have either one-to-one or group support, delivered through online calls — and throughout, you have my support. I hold you through this journey. I never ask you to force visibility. I've been where you are and I know how terrifying it can feel.
But here's the thing — getting to those deliverables requires doing the groundwork first. That's actually where the bulk of the work lives. Once we've unlocked who you authentically are, identified what's been getting in the way of you putting yourself out there, and pulled together the elements of your brand that need to feel truly yours — putting the actual deliverables together is surprisingly swift.
The physical takeaways are the output. The real work is what we do before them.

Yes — and you wouldn't be alone. A lot of the people I work with already have an existing business or brand.
My work is specifically for founders who find it hard to show up authentically in their brand — whether that's just starting out or having been in business for years. If any of the following sounds familiar, we should probably talk:
Your brand has drifted from who you are. Over time it's gradually become something that doesn't quite feel like you anymore — it's run away with you a little, or moved away from what you originally wanted it to be.
You've changed, but your brand hasn't. You started something that made sense at the time, but you as a person have evolved and your brand needs to catch up.
You struggle to get everyone on the same page. The clarity isn't coming through clearly enough for your team or external partners to fully understand and execute on, and briefing feels harder than it should.
You keep attracting the wrong clients. People are confused about what you're about, or you keep getting enquiries from people who aren't quite right. It could be that your truth and authenticity isn't coming through clearly enough in your brand.
External briefs keep coming back misaligned. You brief designers, marketers, or other support and it never quite lands — which is often a sign the brand strategy underneath needs clarifying.
You're saying yes to work that doesn't align. Deep down you know it's not right, but something is stopping you from speaking and following your truth.
In any of these cases I'd work with you to identify where the misalignment lives, reconnect the brand back to who you authentically are, and put a strategy in place that helps you attract the right audience, brief your team with confidence, and get your support working for you properly.

No — I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy. This is brand strategy.
But it is a different kind of brand strategy.
I've spent a lot of time healing my own fears around showing up, and I naturally weave some of that learning into the work I do. I'll challenge you on limiting beliefs that might be holding you back, share what helped me, and create a space that feels genuinely safe to do this work in.
But what we're building together is a brand strategy — one that you actually feel safe putting out into the world.
And that's the point. When a brand is built around performance — around what your audience wants rather than who you actually are — it feels big and frightening to share, because deep down you know you can't fully stand behind it. When a brand is built from who you truly are, with nothing hidden and nothing performed, it becomes something you can genuinely get behind. And that's when a lot of the fear around visibility starts to shift.
That's what changed things for me. Letting go of the performance, shining a light on the things I'd been hiding, and weaving them into my brand rather than being afraid of them. When it finally felt truly authentic, so much of my fear around being visible simply disappeared.
Most people find that alongside greater clarity for their brand, they gain greater clarity for themselves. That's not a coincidence — it's what happens when you stop leaving yourself out.
If during our work together I feel there are deeper issues that would benefit from therapeutic support, I'll tell you honestly and recommend you explore that alongside what we're doing. Some of the work we do can surface things you hadn't fully worked through before. That's not something to be afraid of — but it is something to be supported through, and I'll always let you know if I feel that's the case.
This is a safe and supportive space. And for most people, it's also a surprisingly clarifying one.
-
No — actually, the earlier we work together the better.
What often happens is that when we start working together, the idea naturally shapes, shifts, and lands in the place it was always meant to land anyway. We just get there faster, and in a way that feels far more aligned.
Sometimes the work also opens up ideas that weren't yet ready to come out. Because so much of what I do is about uncovering what you've been hiding — and when we extract those hidden parts, that's often exactly where the most magical and differentiated ideas live.
So don't wait until you feel ready. The work itself has a way of getting you there.

I'll be releasing a free Brand Foundations training in Autumn 2026 — sign up to my newsletter to be the first to know when it drops. In the meantime, here's a quick summary.
Brand strategy is a strategic framework and foundation for your entire brand. It gives you direction, clarity, and a logical structure for everything you put out into the world.
It's not your logo, your colours, or your fonts. It will absolutely direct those things — but it sits beneath them, not alongside them.
Think of it as the foundation everything else is built on. Your marketing strategy, your social media strategy, your messaging, your sales direction — all of it should flow from your brand strategy. Without it, every stage of your brand or business tends to start from scratch. It can feel like guesswork, and the result is inconsistency.
With a clear brand strategy in place, you have guardrails. You know your vision, your direction, your values, and your tone of voice. Every decision — from a social post to a sales conversation to briefing a designer — has something to come back to. And that consistency matters, because consistency is what builds trust. The more consistent your brand, the easier it is for your audience to understand you — and the more they understand you, the more they trust you.
Brand strategy should come first. It's the thing that makes everything else work properly.

My opening hours are 9.30am to 3pm, Tuesday to Friday, and that's British Standard Time. If you are in a different timezone I’m happy to discuss options to facilitate calls outside of these hours.

In most cases, if people are coming to me it's because what they have isn't working. And if the existing work has been built on something inauthentic or misaligned, trying to save it can actually create more work than starting fresh — because that misalignment has a way of quietly embedding itself into everything else. We end up shaping decisions around things that were never quite right to begin with.
That said, if you genuinely feel that some of what you've already built is strong, aligned, and working — let's talk. There may be scope for a tailored one-to-one package and I'm always happy to have that conversation.
But I can't guarantee a discount, for a simple reason: I can only stand behind work I believe in. If I feel the existing work is misaligned, I wouldn't feel comfortable building on top of it — because ultimately I'd be asking you to put something out into the world that I don't feel truly represents you. And that goes against everything I do.
The best thing to do is get in touch and we can look at what you have together.

Due to the digital and bespoke nature of the work, I'm unable to offer refunds on any work we've already completed together.
However, if there are stages of the programme that haven't yet started, you can cancel the contract at that point. A cancellation fee of 50% of the next stage would apply.
If you have any concerns before we begin, I'd always encourage you to get in touch first — I'd rather we have that conversation early than either of us feel uncomfortable part way through.
-
No. I will never force visibility — that's entirely on your own terms and in your own time.
What I will do is help you build something that feels genuinely safe to share — so that when you are ready to put yourself out there, it feels manageable rather than terrifying. The goal is to help you cross that threshold in a way that feels natural, not pushed.scription
-
No — this isn't nervous system work or therapeutic practice.
When I talk about safety, I mean something more fundamental. I'm not helping you feel safer about putting something out that doesn't feel right. I'm helping you change what you're putting out — so that it actually is something you can stand behind.
When your brand is built from who you truly are, it becomes more sustainable, more manageable, and far easier to share. Not because we've made it smaller or less impressive — but because it's completely tied to your authenticity. And that changes everything.
Because here's the truth: the only way to truly differentiate and stand out is to be yourself. There is only one you. And a brand built around that is infinitely more compelling than one built around a performance of something you're not.
-
No — my work is strategic, not creative execution.
What I do is build the strategic framework that drives the direction for all of those things. Once that's in place, you'll find it much easier to make decisions around design — whether you're working with a designer, using templates, or choosing from options in tools like Canva or Squarespace.
The good news is that you don't need to be a designer or naturally creative to create something that looks great in today's world. The tools and resources available now make that entirely possible — you just need the strategy and direction in place so you know how to navigate them properly and make choices that are genuinely aligned to you.
Part of the work we do together includes breaking down those choices so they don't feel overwhelming — so that whatever you create feels like you and stays consistent, not just random things you liked at different moments.
The strategy comes first. The design follows from it.
-
No — this isn't about visibility strategy, advertising, or social media.
When I talk about visibility, I mean something much more personal. It's about helping you as a founder feel safer putting yourself out there — because at the heart of a great brand is you. Your authenticity, your truth, your purpose. When that's genuinely woven into your brand, the brand feels connected to you in a way that drives you forward and helps you maintain a clear direction as it grows.
What we work on together is the strategic foundation of the brand itself — what it stands for, why it exists, its purpose, its values, its personality, and its positioning. Not what to post on Instagram or how to run ads.
Think of it this way: visibility strategy is about getting your brand seen. What I do is make sure that when people see it, it's something you actually feel proud and safe to stand behind.
