My Story

For most of my life I've struggled with feeling fully safe being me. I would shape-shift to be liked, hide aspects of myself, and abandon my own needs to keep things smooth and safe. People-pleasing was a familiar, lifelong default.

Becoming a mother intensified those patterns in ways I didn't expect. In prioritising my family I completely lost myself.

When my son reached school age I started to build my own brand — the one you see here. Except it didn't look like this for a very long time, because that same pattern of adapting, hiding, and performing wreaked havoc on the entire process. A process I had been successfully using for nearly twenty years with my clients did not work for me.

I couldn't trust my own direction. I second-guessed everything. I created for attention and validation. And my brand felt like it was always just out of reach — somehow blocked.

I began to realise this wasn't a knowledge problem. It was a safety problem. I didn't feel safe being my authentic self, and my personal patterns were interfering directly with my brand-building process.

I tried to resolve it by doing the inner work — and that helped, but I was still circling. So I decided to look at the process itself.

What I discovered was a completely different way of approaching brand building — one that drew from teachings in personal growth and spiritual alchemy: the places people go to find their way back to themselves. I began to see how often brand-building asks people to perform for attention, to shape themselves around what an audience wants before they've anchored into what is true for them. For people who already struggle with self-abandonment, that approach doesn't just fall short — it reinforces the pattern.

So I changed the starting point. Instead of building from the outside in, I now work from the inside out. I help people recognise where they've been holding back or filtering themselves, strip away anything untrue, and build from what's actually there.

Because most people don't need to become more polished or more strategic to be seen. They need to stop leaving themselves out of their own brand.

I nearly gave up entirely. I'm grateful I had the courage to discard everything I'd learned and find a new way — because if I hadn't, I think I would still be circling, believing the problem was me.

I never wanted my work to just be about building brands. I wanted to create something that helped people come back to themselves — to overcome patterns of people-pleasing, self-silencing, and self-abandonment, and learn how to love, trust and express their true magic.

Previous Brand Strategy & Design Projects

My background spans both sides of the process — I started in design before moving into strategy, I’ve worked in creative leadership roles and I’ve built my own business too. That means I understand what designers need from a brief to do their best work, and what founders need from their strategy to build, grow, lead a team and brief external partners with confidence. The work I do isn’t just about finding your truth — it translates all the way through to practical execution.

Before initiating the business you see here I ran my own creative studio, building the brand strategy, design and interior design for wellness spaces.

I’ve shared a collection of those projects here.
