Most brand-strategy advice leads you to perform for attention

I show you how to build a brand that makes performance unnecessary

Brand strategy and coaching for founders who find it hard to put themselves out there

Tailored for those who find themselves overthinking, second-guessing, or defaulting to hiding or performing — so you can stop leaving yourself out of your brand and finally feel safe being seen for who you truly are.

If you're someone who's spent years holding yourself back, traditional approaches don’t just fail — they reinforce the problem.

Most brand strategies reward attention at any cost — encouraging you to be louder, sharper, more polished, and to shape yourself around what your audience wants or expects.

But if you already find it hard to put yourself out there, or if you’ve spent a lifetime struggling to love and trust your authentic self, that pressure often leads to overthinking, second-guessing, and performing versions of yourself that don’t feel real.

And when you’re stuck circling, it’s easy to assume the problem is you. That maybe you’re not cut out for this. That other people find it easier because they’re somehow more ready, more confident, more themselves than you are. They’re not. The process you’re following just wasn’t built for you.

Most brand strategies start from the outside in — focusing on the audience’s problem first, then asking you to position yourself to solve it. But when you begin there, it’s easy to shape-shift or over-adapt. Add that to a world of constant noise and advice and it becomes easy to lose sight of what’s actually true for you.

Why existing brand-building strategies won’t work for you

I’ve re-engineered the brand building process specifically for people who find it hard to put themselves out there

I don’t teach you how to shape yourself to your audience — I help you build your brand from who you actually are, so the right audience aligns with you, not the other way around.

This isn’t a standard brand-building process with some tweaks or bolt ons. It’s been re-engineered specifically for people who find it hard to put themselves out there — so you can succeed without forcing visibility or falling into performance.

Instead of starting with what your audience wants and asking you to adjust yourself to fit it, we start with you — extracting what you’ve been hiding, because you only hide things that are true. This is usually where your real magic and differentiation lie. We shed anything that isn’t genuinely yours and build outward from what’s actually there.

The result is a brand that feels natural to show up in, grounded in your real strengths, and sustainable over time — so you can move forward without shrinking, second-guessing, or performing.

Most brand strategies weren’t built for people who are afraid to be seen

About me

For most of my life I struggled to feel safe being me. I shape-shifted to be liked, hid the things that mattered, and abandoned my own needs to keep things smooth and acceptable. People-pleasing was a lifelong default.

When it came to building my own brand, those patterns wreaked havoc on the entire process. I couldn't trust my own direction. I second-guessed everything. I created for attention and validation. And yet I'd spent nearly twenty years successfully helping other people build their brands.

I began to realise this wasn't a knowledge problem. It was a safety problem. I didn’t feel safe being me. My personal patterns were interfering directly with my brand-building process.

So I set out to find a different way. What I discovered wasn't just a better approach — it was a completely different one. I drew inspiration from teachings in personal growth and spiritual alchemy — the places people go to find the way back to themselves, to rebuild the process from the inside out. Starting not with what your audience needs, but with what's true for you — what you've been hiding, what naturally wants to be expressed, and what you've been too afraid to share.

Because I believe most people don't need to become more polished or more strategic to be seen. They need to stop leaving themselves out of their own brand.

I'm British, in my 40s, and a mum of two. Brand Strategist & Coach. Nearly twenty years in brand. This is the work I was always moving towards.
